Applying

UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) is the standard application agency for UK universities. The UCAS application form is compulsory for UK students. The form enables students to apply for up to six universities.

How to apply to UCAS
You must send your online UCAS application between September 1 and January 15 before the September in which you wish to study. It is recommended you research courses before this date and complete your personal statement.

If you're applying for a postgraduate, part-time, or flexible learning course, apply directly to the college or university. They will have their own application form to complete. It will follow much the same format as the UCAS form: you'll need to complete your personal statement and answer questions on why you want to study the course you have chosen.
